[Name] · [Role], [Production]Storage
No hidden costs.
Every seat comes with 5GB of storage. Any more is billed at the cost to us.
5GB is roughly 2,500 script PDFs or 1,500 reference photos.
We make money from our platform — not from your content.
At wrap
Your work doesn't vanish.
When a production wraps, it goes read-only for 12 months. Export the breakdown any time, and reopen it if there's a second series.
Common questions
Who pays: the production or each person?+
Either. Most productions buy seats for the department and add people by email. Freelancers who want their own account can take the Individual plan.
Can it go on the production budget?+
Yes. Paddle issues a VAT invoice in the production company's name for every payment, so it can go through accounts like any other supplier.
Do team members need their own account?+
Everyone who edits or comments needs a seat. Anyone can view a shared breakdown for free from a link or QR code.
Can I move a seat to someone else?+
Yes. When someone leaves the production, reassign their seat from Admin. Their notes and comments stay where they are.
What counts towards storage?+
Script PDFs, photos and attachments. Breakdown data, notes and comments don't count.
What happens if I cancel?+
Your data stays safe. You can still view everything for 30 days — you just won't receive new breakdown updates or be able to add new tasks until you reactivate.
Can I get an invoice?+
Yes. Receipts and invoices are issued automatically via Paddle, our payment provider.
